Kape Schmidt has been die kunstbar’s photographer from day one, long before the opening in 2008.
He captured, with his own distinctive style, how the space evolved during the conversion (2005 to 2008), followed by the designs of Arne Quinze (2008), Ingo Stein (2009), joeressen+kessner (2010), Oliver Maichle (2011), Köln 50667 (2012) and Marcus Krips (2019). He also staged true art happenings with us, together with formup, endspannung and edwardine.
